PPR pipes are made from random copolymer polypropylene as the raw material. They are hygienic and environmentally friendly, making them suitable for drinking water systems. Key advantages include corrosion resistance, no scale buildup, low thermal conductivity (0.24 W/m·K), and energy-saving thermal insulation. The pipes are joined using heat fusion welding, providing strong and leak-proof connections that eliminate seepage. With light weight (approximately 1/8 that of steel pipes), easy installation, high pressure resistance, and a wide operating temperature range (-20°C to 95°C), PPR pipes have a service life of up to 50 years.
