Product Introduction
Baishunxing Pipe Industry PPR Tees are essential branching fittings designed to split or combine the flow of fluid within a piping system. An Equal Tee features three openings of the same diameter, allowing for a 90-degree branch from the main run. A Reducing Tee has a branch opening with a different (usually smaller) diameter than the main line, facilitating a change in pipeline size at the junction point without the need for additional reducers.
Key Characteristics
Three-Way Fusion Design: Engineered for simultaneous socket fusion of three pipe ends, creating a high-strength monolithic junction.
Optimized Hydraulic Profile: The internal T-junction is rounded and smooth to minimize turbulence and pressure drop at the branch.
Precision Geometric Accuracy: Manufactured to exacting standards (ISO 15874 / DIN 8077/8078) to ensure precise 90-degree alignment. 。
High-Impact Resistance: Reinforced at the junction points to withstand the mechanical stresses and water hammer effects common in branching points.
Core Advantages
Seamless Integration: Heat fusion eliminates the need for mechanical threads or gaskets, ensuring a maintenance-free, leak-proof junction. Broad Chemical Compatibility: Immune to the corrosive effects of hard water and aggressive industrial chemicals, preventing internal scaling.
Thermal Efficiency: Low thermal conductivity reduces heat loss or gain, making it ideal for high-efficiency hot water distribution.
Extended Durability: Rated for over 50 years of continuous service under standard pressure (PN25) and temperature conditions.
Primary Applications
Residential Water Distribution: Branching main supply lines to individual bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
HVAC & Underfloor Heating: Connecting manifold systems and secondary loops in climate control networks.
Commercial Building Services: Distributing hot and cold water through vertical risers and horizontal branches in high-rise buildings. Industrial Process Loops: Providing reliable branching points for industrial cooling or chemical transport lines.
