Toli County is one of the poverty-stricken counties in Xinjiang with a severe shortage of water resources.
Currently, the entire county has no drinking water sources, and tap water cannot be delivered with pressure to floors above the third. This project is a key livelihood project for Toli County, as it is directly related to improving the drinking water conditions for hundreds of thousands of residents and enhancing the quality of life and production.
It is vital for overall economic development and the progress of building a moderately prosperous society.
This project was approved in March 2018 by the Water Resources Bureau of Toli County, Tacheng City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, as a PPP construction project. The pipeline of the project is 76 kilometers long, starting from the Halasayi River in Yumin County in the southwest and ending at the Toli County Water Plant. Since Toli County is surrounded by mountains on three sides and a desert on one side, one-third of the 76-kilometer pipeline passes through mountainous terrain and ravines, with uneven elevations, no construction roads, and all on-site pipe transport and construction relying on newly opened paths.
This project uses Donghong Pipeline DN630 and DN800 steel wire reinforced polyethylene pipes. In such a complex construction environment, this type of product better highlights its flexibility, wear resistance, compressive strength, and corrosion resistance. The 17-meter extra-long standardized length further helps customers save on transportation and installation costs.

★ The steel wire mesh skeleton layer is made of copper-plated steel wires that meet the requirements of GB/T 14450. Our company uses high-strength steel wire with a strength of ≥2050MPa, far exceeding the standard minimum requirement of ≥1750MPa.
★ The bonding resin layer uses our company's independently patented product, which is the essence of the product, with strong steel-wire interface shear strength and excellent composite performance.
