Currently, we have six PVC-UH production lines, with production specifications covering DN50-DN800 and an annual output capacity of up to 26,640 tons. This product can be widely used in municipal water supply networks, urban sewage networks, reclaimed water reuse networks, municipal rainwater and sewage systems, and other fields, with a unique advantage in pressurized sewage discharge.

Rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) pipes are made from polyvinyl chloride resin as the raw material, with a combination of additives necessary for producing pipes that meet standards, and plasticizers are not allowed in the mixture.
After the development and upgrade of this pipe material, the product's mechanical properties have been improved based on traditional PVC-U and PVC-M, and the pipe connection method has been enhanced. Additionally, it is accompanied by the production of fittings such as elbows, tees, cross connectors, flanges, Y-shaped and T-shaped joints, and reducers.

The characteristics of PVC-UH products are that they are drainage pipes and fittings made of hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-UH) produced in accordance with the ISO9002 quality assurance system.

Product implementation standard: SZDB/Z 239-2017 (with reference to GB/T20221), with multiple execution standards and construction design specifications. Compared with metal pipes, it has several core advantages, including reliable connections, light weight, high pressure resistance, low fluid transport resistance, strong chemical corrosion resistance, easy installation, low investment, and long service life.
★The Most Outstanding Advantage of PVC-UH - Connection Reliability★
Integrated Steel Reinforced Seal Socket Structure
Unlike other types of pipes with post-installed rubber rings, PVC-UH pipes use an integrated steel reinforced seal socket structure, which prevents potential issues such as misalignment, deformation, or displacement of the rubber ring during installation.
It can protect the entire pipeline from impacts, vibrations, soil movement, and expansion and contraction, fundamentally addressing the problem of leakage at pipe joints.
Other Superior Properties of PVC-UH
Excellent hygiene performance
Non-toxic and free from secondary pollution, the flowing PVC-UH pipes are sanitary and harmless. During use, they do not scale, do not promote the growth of algae or other microorganisms, and will not cause secondary contamination of the water quality.
Strong water transport capacity
PVC-UH pipes have a smooth inner wall and low flow resistance, with a roughness of 0.008-0.009. Their water-carrying capacity is 25% higher than that of cast iron pipes and 50% higher than that of concrete pipes.
Long lifespan
Long service life: Traditional pipes have a service life of 20 to 30 years, whereas PVC-UH pipes have a service life of no less than 50 years.。
Convenient transportation
Lightweight and easy to transport, PVC-UH pipes have a density only 1/5 that of steel or cast iron pipes, and 1/3 that of concrete. The weight of the pipes is about 1/4 that of ductile iron pipes of the same size and length, and 1/10 that of concrete. Therefore, they are easy to handle and can reduce transportation costs by 1/3 to 1/2.
Good mechanical properties
The tensile strength at 23% is not less than 45 MPa, with good compressive properties, and it will not break when compressed to half of the outer diameter.
Easy to install
PVC-UH pipes are lightweight, easy to connect, and have a certain degree of toughness. Therefore, they are easy to install, making their advantages more prominent compared to other piping systems with more complex pipes.
Low maintenance cost
The maintenance cost of PVC-UH pipes is only about 30% of that of cast iron or concrete pipes.
Currently, the PVC product series includes PVC-O, PVC-M, PVC-U, and the newly developed and upgraded PVC-UH, covering a complete range of product types and specifications and a wide range of applications. This is another intelligent pipeline system from us, following the SRTP pipeline system, polyethylene (PE) pipeline system, and steel-plastic composite pipeline system.
