We fully understand that any protrusion at the connection point may cause sticking or obstruction during deep-well installation. At Baishengxing, the male thread end remains completely flush with the pipe body. This design minimizes resistance when the pipe string enters the borehole and protects the integrity of the well wall.
As clearly shown in our technical close-up drawings, the length of our male threads and the depth of the female sockets are strictly matched. The equal-length thread engagement maximizes the contact area after tightening, providing exceptional pull-out resistance – strong enough to support the dead weight of a well screen string hundreds of meters long.
In the highly corrosive underground environment of Gabon, rubber gaskets – which tend to degrade over time – pose a significant leakage risk. Baishengxing has eliminated gaskets entirely, relying instead on a direct seal achieved through precision-machined threads.
